You agree that only the third parties are responsible for such services, and if you have any problems with these third parties, you should contact them directly. You agree that when you use these services, you will be subject to any terms and conditions established by those third parties, including Bank of America, its affiliates or unaffiliated service providers, and that this Agreement does not amend any of those terms and conditions.
